Double Your Warrenty

PerfectAimBowling.com will double the manufacturer warranty up to 2 years so any claims must be filed within 2 years of purchase.  Just as with manufacturer defects, provide a photo of the defect, the serial # of the product, and order # or receipt. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.  While many will require you to ship bowling ball defective returns, we do not.  The advantage of purchasing the additional warranty is that we will cover shipping on the replacement ball.

NOTE: We can not cover drilling charges.

Drilling Protection

PerfectAimBowling.com will replace your bowling ball at no charge if your bowling ball cracks while being drilled by your pro shop.  The ball must be drilled within 30 days by a professional ball driller. You must return the ball at your cost with receipt for drilling charges.  Upon satisfactory inspection, we will replace your ball shipped to you for free.

You may navigate the site anonymously if you do not log in.

  • When registering or ordering, we may collect information such as your name, email, address, and credit card.

What do we use the information for?

  • We may personalize your experience by recommending products.  We may try to understand how people use our site to improve the user experience.  We will process transactions upon your request and may communicate with you regarding your order..  We will send you periodic emails for company news, promotions, etc.  We may enter you into giveaways, surveys and other promotional activity.
  • We will not sell or transfer your information to any other company without your consent other than to complete any orders you place.

Manufacturer Warranty…

PerfectAimBowling.com customer service is a cut above the rest!  In cases you feel the product has a manufacturer defect, email us.  Provide a photo of the defect, the serial # of the product, and order # or receipt. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.  While many will require you to ship bowling ball defective returns, we do not.  If it meets all manufacturer criteria, we will handle the claim on your behalf.  All you have to do is cover the shipping of the replacement.

PerfectAimBowling.com ships anywhere in the United States of America.  Standard Shipping is FREE for any purchase over $50 on any order shipped within the contiguous United States.  Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges.

Expedited shipping options available and calculated based on destination and weight of the packages.

When will order ship?

Our goal is to always get all orders placed as soon as possible.  That means we guarantee all orders placed before 3PM Eastern Time will be shipped out same day.  After 3PM ET, orders will ship the next business day.
